From the first video call to your tool in production
Not the theory: the actual process. What you receive at each step, what we expect from you, when you pay for what, and what happens when things don't go to plan. What follows summarizes the contracts you sign.
Building has never been faster. Understanding still takes the same time.
The tools for writing software keep getting faster. What makes a tool hold up is the work that comes before: understanding how your agency really works, who touches what, what gets copied over, and what will need to change tomorrow. That time cannot be compressed, and it is what we bill for first.
The demo: we look at your agency
A free 30-minute video call. We follow the path of one of your appointments with you, from the first call to the commission, counting what gets copied over along the way. Then we show you the same path in a sample tool.
What you receive
A clear idea of what is costing you time, and the exact price of Process Map and Plan, calculated with you from two numbers: your processes and the people to interview.
What we expect from you
30 minutes, and a recent appointment in mind. There is nothing to prepare.
Process Map and Plan: we map before we build
Video interviews with the people who do the work, sharing their screen, with no access to your software. In the processes studied, we document the actual path of each piece of information, put a number on it, and turn it into a plan.
What you receive
A document in three parts, presented on a video call: the map of your processes, the cost of double entry in hours and in dollars, and the plan, in order of priority. You keep it, even if you go no further.
What we expect from you
A point of contact on your side to organize the interviews, and a team willing to show how the work really gets done day to day, not what the official procedure says.
The build: we deliver in stages
The build quote is based on the plan. We then build in stages you can see. Each one is announced to you in writing, with access to a test environment, and you have fourteen days to test it. Two rounds of corrections are included per delivery.
What you receive
With each delivery, a written, dated notice, and access to test it. The last one also gets a fourteen-day trial run on your real data, at limited volume. After go-live, a sixty-day warranty: any deviation from the quote caused by our work is fixed at no charge.
What we expect from you
Your access credentials and information within seven days, and written feedback, grouped together. Grouped feedback is handled in one pass. Ten messages spread over two weeks cost everyone time.
You pay step by step
Each step is decided and paid for separately: nothing is owed for a step you did not choose.

The balance
With the deliveries
Spread over the deliveries, each payment tied to a step you can open and test.
If we host your tool, the subscription only starts on the first day of the month after go-live. The remaining days until then are free.
What really happens on a project
No project goes exactly the way it was planned on day one. Better to know in advance how we handle what comes up.
Your needs change along the way
That's the norm: nobody knows everything on day one. Because we deliver in stages, a change is handled in the next delivery instead of starting the project over. What is already built stays standing. If the change goes beyond what was priced, we say so before doing it, and we price it separately.
You fall behind on your side
It happens, and it is nobody's fault. But you should know: any delay on your information or your access pushes back what follows by the same amount. We can't connect your dialer without access to it. After thirty days without hearing from you, despite a written reminder, the build can be suspended: what is already done is billed to you, and restarting costs ten percent of what remains to be built.
You disagree with a delivery
You have fourteen days to put it in writing, detailing where it departs from the quote. Those deviations are fixed at no extra cost. Anything that wasn't in the quote isn't a deviation, it's a change request: we tell you so plainly rather than leave things vague.
A problem shows up after go-live
For sixty days, any deviation from the quote caused by our work is fixed at no charge. An issue caused by an outside service, or by a change made on your side, is not included. After that, if we host your tool, the subscription covers these fixes. If you host it yourself, each piece of work gets its own quote. A change request is still a change request, and it gets priced.
The timelines, payment schedule and warranty described on this page are those of the contracts you sign. You can read them in full before you commit.
