Before we build, we show you where the time goes
At your agency, everyone knows their own part of the work. The setter knows their calls, the closer their appointments, management their numbers. But nobody sees the full path a piece of information takes across your software tools. Process Map and Plan maps it and puts a number on it.
A document in three parts
The map
For each process studied, the actual path of each piece of information, from one step to the next and from one tool to another: who enters it, who copies it over, and where it gets lost.
The numbers
What double entry and wasted time cost you, in hours and in dollars. The assumptions behind the calculation are spelled out, and anything we couldn't obtain is noted too.
The plan
The improvements to make, ranked by priority, so you know where to start.
We present the document to you on a video call, then you have time to review it and ask for corrections. You keep it, and you can hand it to the provider of your choice, under a confidentiality agreement, even if you go no further with us.
It does not include the price of the build. The build is priced separately, in a quote, if you ask for one.
Four steps, in this order
We work out the numbers together, during the demo
Two numbers are enough: the processes to study, and the people to interview. The price then comes straight from the pricing table, and it is set before we start.
We interview the people who do the work
On a video call, with each person involved, sharing their screen. We don't need access to any of your software. There are as many interviews as needed, included in the price, and each one is recorded, unless the person declines. We propose a schedule within five business days of receiving your payment. An interview that has to be redone for reasons on your end (an absence, for example) is billed separately, and never without your written consent.
We present our findings
After the last interview, your point of contact confirms what we documented. The document is delivered within the next five business days, then presented on a video call. You then have ten business days to review it, and one round of corrections is included.
You decide
You can stop there, with your document. Or ask us for a quote for the build: if you sign it within 60 days of the document's approval, the price of Process Map and Plan is deducted from the final installments of the build.
A fixed price, set before we start
The price depends on two numbers: the number of processes to study, and the number of people to interview. A process is a piece of work that repeats for every client, from start to finish. For example: from signing a new client to launching their call campaign.
| Processes studied | 1 to 3 people | 4 to 8 people | 9 to 12 people |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 to 3 | $2,500 | $4,500 | $5,000 |
| 4 to 6 | $4,500 | $5,000 | $6,000 |
| 7 to 10 | $5,000 | $6,000 | $7,500 |
USD, plus any applicable sales tax, paid upfront. Example: three processes and five people to interview, $4,500.
Beyond ten processes or twelve people, we split the work: we start with what costs you the most.
Deducted from the build if you sign for it within 60 days of the document's approval.
What it doesn't ask of you
- No access to your software: you show us, sharing your screen.
- No travel: everything happens on video calls.
- No commitment for what comes next: the document is yours, even if we stop there.
The questions people hesitate to ask
Because it is real work, with value even if nothing follows: interviews with your team, a map, the numbers, a plan. If you sign for the build with us within 60 days of the document's approval, the price of Process Map and Plan is deducted from the final installments of the build: the plans are then included in the build.
We propose the interview schedule within five business days of receiving your payment. The rest depends mostly on your team's availability: the number of interviews is not fixed in advance; we do as many as needed. The document arrives within five business days of our findings being confirmed.
The people who do the work day to day, not just management. They are the ones who know what gets copied over. You also name a point of contact, who organizes the interviews on your side and confirms with us what we documented.
Yes, so that nothing said gets lost. Each person can decline, and we take written notes instead. The recordings stay with us, stored in Europe, and are not handed over to anyone, not even you: they are not used to evaluate the people who spoke. They are deleted no later than twelve months after the document is approved, unless a claim is pending: they are then kept until it is resolved. And the document itself does not say who said what, unless the person agrees.
You keep the document, and you can hand it to the provider of your choice, under a confidentiality agreement, to carry out the improvements it contains. You have no further commitment to us.
It all starts with a 30-minute demo
Together we follow the path of one of your appointments, then we count your processes and the people to interview. You'll know the exact price before the call ends.
