How it works

Your custom software, from the first conversation to going live

Not the theory: the real sequence. What you receive at each stage, what we need from you, when you pay what, and what happens when things do not go to plan. All of what follows is what you sign.

AI made building available to everyone. Not design.

We use the best tools there are, AI included, to build fast and build well. But what makes your platform hold is the work that goes in before: understanding your business, thinking through the structure, anticipating the load it will have to carry a year from now.

01

We understand before we propose

One or two conversations to lay out your business, the way you work, your constraints and what is slowing you down. We look at the tools you use today and at what they cannot do. Until we have understood it properly, we price nothing.

What you receive

A quote listing the milestones of the project, what each one contains, and what it costs. That document is the reference from then on, not a spoken promise.

What we need from you

Time, and read access to your current tools where that is possible. Nothing else at this stage.

02

We structure, then we build

Before the first line of code, we draw the architecture: how your data is organized, what has to talk to what, what will need to change without breaking the rest. Then we build, in visible milestones, never behind a closed door.

To give you an idea of what we can do, here are examples of what we have already designed. Yours will be drawn for your trade, not picked off a list.

What you receive

At each milestone, a written and dated note, with access to a test environment. You open your platform, you use it, you show it to whoever you like.

What we need from you

Your content, your access details and your information within seven days. It is the one thing we cannot do in your place, and it is what delays a project most often.

03

You test, we fix

Each milestone opens fourteen days during which you test and send us everything that is wrong, in one go. We fix it. Two rounds of corrections are included per milestone, which covers normal cases with room to spare.

What you receive

Corrections for anything that departs from the quote, at no extra cost. If fourteen days pass with no word from you, the milestone counts as accepted and we move on.

What we need from you

Written feedback, gathered together rather than sent as it comes. One collected round is handled in a single pass; ten messages spread over two weeks cost everyone time.

04

We go live, and we host it

We launch, we adjust around your first real usage, we train you. Then we host your platform on secure infrastructure, sized so that it never caps your growth.

What you receive

Sixty days of warranty after final delivery: any defect is fixed without an invoice. After that, the subscription covers hosting, backups, security and support.

What we need from you

Nothing in particular. The day you want to grow the platform or add a piece, we price that separately.

Payment

You pay as the work comes out

Never everything up front. Each installment is attached to something you can actually see.

40%

On signature

Starts the work.

30%

On delivery of the frame

When the structure of your platform works and you can open it.

30%

On final delivery

When everything is delivered and accepted.

The subscription itself only starts once the platform is live.

When things do not go to plan

What actually happens on a project

No project runs exactly the way it looked on day one. Better to know in advance how we handle the cases that do come up.

What you need changes along the way

That is the norm, nobody knows everything on day one. Because we deliver in milestones, a change gets handled at the next one instead of replaying the project. What is already built stays standing. If the change falls outside what was priced, we say so before doing it, and we price it separately.

You fall behind on your side

It happens, and it is not a fault. But it has to be said: any delay on your content or your access details pushes everything after it back by the same amount. We cannot build a product page without your products.

You disagree with a delivery

You have fourteen days to put it in writing, setting out what departs from the quote. Those departures are corrected at no extra cost. What was not in the quote is not a departure, it is a change: we say so clearly rather than letting the ambiguity settle in.

A problem shows up after going live

For sixty days, any defect is fixed without an invoice. Beyond that, the subscription covers keeping it in working order. A change is still a change, and it gets priced.

The timelines, the payment schedule and the warranty stated on this page are those of the contract you sign. You can read it in full before committing to anything.

This is the sequence for a custom project. For a site, building a website follows a shorter path, in a matter of days rather than months.
