Terms & Conditions

Lunnar is a French micro-business (auto-entreprise) operating from France, providing website design and hosting services to small businesses worldwide. We operate under a flexible, automated approach tailored to SMEs.

All contracts are governed by French law. The binding version is the French one (/cgv). Our three service plans include a Landing Page ($329 one-time + $19/month hosting), Showcase Website ($999 + $32/month), and E-Commerce ($3,299 + $55/month).

Hosting includes: Google Cloud infrastructure (Paris region), SSL certificate, weekly automated backups, technical maintenance, and 24/7 monitoring. Your initial 12-month commitment is required; after that, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Delivery takes 48 hours to 3 weeks depending on your plan, starting when we receive all your materials (texts, images, logos). Each plan includes 1–3 revision rounds; additional changes beyond that are billed at €60/hour. Major structural changes (new pages, e-commerce modules, payment systems) require a separate quote.

Your rights: EU consumers (B2C) have a 14-day withdrawal period. Professional clients (B2B) waive this right. All disputes are resolved via French courts and French law, with GDPR protection for EU customers.
