What you rarely get told before signing
No, and that is the trade. We build before you have paid what the work is worth, and we keep getting paid for as long as it works for you: that is what makes the setup fee so low. The code, the hosting and what sits behind them stay ours. If you leave, you leave with your domain name and every piece of content you gave us.
You are not tied to any length of contract. You leave whenever you want, with one month's notice. The day you leave, the site goes dark and you take back your domain name and all your content.
Because the work happens before, not after. The setup fee pays for the build. The subscription pays for everything else: the hosting, the upkeep, the work that keeps you in front of people, and your changes.
No. The age of your business counts on the day you sign, not every month. If you come in at the starter rate, you keep it for as long as you stay, including once those two years have passed. The only thing that could move it is a general revision of our pricing, and you would be told ahead of time.
Then a package is not what you need, a custom build is. That is our other craft, starting at $15,000: we structure your idea, we build your platform, and your data belongs to you unconditionally. The source code can be handed over, as a priced option at quote stage or after twelve months. The packages above answer a different need, getting online fast without paying up front.
No, four a month, on every package, and they do not carry over to the next month. These are content changes: a price that moves, a photo to swap, a line to correct, your hours to update. Creating a new page or adding a feature is different work: we quote it before doing it, so nothing turns up after the fact. Requests are handled within three working days.
Nothing stops: your line keeps answering, and calls beyond that are billed at $0.50 each. We would rather write it here than let you find it on an invoice. And if you go over every month, that is a good sign: we look together at what makes most sense for you.
You see the result before you decide. Once you say yes, you are online within the week. On your side, you need to give us your photos and your information: that is the one thing we cannot do for you.
