Data Controller: Lunnar LLC (France). We collect only what you voluntarily share: name, email, phone (optional), and project description through our contact forms.

Legal Basis: Your consent (GDPR Article 6.1.a) for marketing communications; contract execution (Article 6.1.b) for clients who hire us. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Data Retention:We keep your information for 3 years after your last contact, then delete it automatically. Clients' data is retained 10 years (tax/legal requirement).

Infrastructure & Safety: Your data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (Paris, EU) with GDPR-compliant security. Only Lunnar team members access it for work purposes. Subprocessors include Google Cloud (EU), Resend (email, EU), and Stripe (payments, if applicable).

Your Rights (GDPR):You can access, correct, delete, or export your data anytime. Request via hello@lunnar.fr. Unhappy with our response? File a complaint with France's CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local EU data authority.
