What is no-code, and why your lead generation agency outgrows it fast
No-code starts fast and costs little. The problem comes later, when the agency takes on clients and the tool can't keep up.

I spent seven years as a systems and network administrator at a leading construction company and at one of the largest insurance groups. A group is several companies under one roof: each has its own teams, its own software and its own constraints, and IT has to serve everyone at once.
At that size, when a tool goes down, entire teams stop working. You quickly learn what separates a system that holds from one that gives way at the first load spike.
A good part of the job was automation: writing the scripts that do for teams what they used to redo every day, and designing the databases that keep everything consistent.
It's the same work at Lunnar, at the scale of an agency: removing a repetitive task rather than doing it faster.
The tool that connects your software runs without anyone watching it. It moves data, books appointments, calculates commissions. I build it to hold up, and I secure it from the very first line.
Security isn't something you add at the end. I've fixed it after the fact enough times to know what that costs, compared with building it into the foundations.
At Lunnar, I handle architecture and security, Guillaume handles design and development. But we both work on every part of a project: with two people, rigid boundaries would produce a tool designed in halves, and it would show.
There are two of us, and we say so on purpose. You know who works on your project, and there's no one between you and the people who build it.
Everything I've published, newest first.
On a video call, we trace one of your agency's appointments with you, and you see what would change. Free, no commitment.
